Wednesday 6:00 am – Gloves Up / 10:30 am Mum’s and Bub’s / 6:00 pm – Gloves Up / 7:00 pm – Authentically Alive Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Thursday 6:00 am – Upper Body Blitz / 6:00 pm – Upper Body Blitz
Friday 6:00 am – Fun Fitness Friday / 10:30 am – Mum’s and Bub’s
Saturday 8:00 am – Bootcamp / 9:15 am – Authentically Alive Vinyasa Flow Yoga
