Group Fitness

Our classes run for 45 minutes (30 with a trainer) and consist of a multitude of training styles and techniques.

We combine functional movements with traditional gym lifting to give you a rounded approach to your training.
All sessions are based around High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) which is proven to be the best method in getting results.

At Firm Butts Fitness, we don’t have a traditional ‘class timetable’, we run the same session for an entire day before it changes for the next day.

Therefore, all you need to do is get to the gym when it suits you rather than trying to line up a class you like with a time you can train.
This also means that your training will always be different and you will never get bored of doing the same thing!

Our group classes run at the following times:

Monday-Thursday: 6:00am; 6:00pm

Friday: 6:00am

Saturday: 8:00am (60 mins)
